OUR PROMISE

We are committed to the restoration of hope and health for the abused and abandoned, the hungry and the sick. To create a climate where the Holy Spirit abides, compassion flows freely and in turn, the Glory of God is revealed.

LIVE2540 has been active in the mission field since 2008. Developing a variety of relief projects, from food programs for people impacted by the Ebola crisis to education for children seeking knowledge, to malnutrition supplements for some of the world’s most vulnerable babies.

OUR WORK

Medical

Children worldwide struggle to get the basic nutrients they need to survive. Globally, poor nutrition and hunger are responsible for the death of 3.1 million children a year, and nearly half of all deaths are for those under five. Liberia is in the top 10 countries suffering the most from acute malnutrition.

In 2019, LIVE2540 connected with ELWA Hospital, the leading pediatric hospital in Liberia, where Dr. Mikey, the medical director, explained that there was a solution for the hundreds of malnourished children visiting the hospital each day: a life-saving supplement called Plumpy'Nut.

Since 2019, LIVE2540 and it’s amazing supporters have distributed more than 500,000 packets of life-saving PN to ELWA hospital and rural clinics. And we’re also getting close to cutting the ribbon to our first pediatric clinic.

Food Program

Since its establishment in 2008, our non-profit organization's food program has been a beacon of hope for hundreds of children in the mission fields of Liberia and the Philippines. With unwavering dedication and support from our generous donors and volunteers, we have successfully distributed over 9 million meals to date, making a profound impact on the lives of countless children and their communities.

Through our program, we have been able to address the pressing issue of hunger that plagues many impoverished areas in Liberia and the Philippines. Recognizing that proper nutrition is essential for the physical and cognitive development of children, we have made it our mission to ensure that no child goes to bed hungry.

We are proud to showcase our impactful education program in Liberia, West Africa. Through this initiative, we are creating transformative opportunities for countless children who would otherwise be deprived of a chance to attend school. By empowering them with education, we are not only shaping their individual futures but also fostering a sustainable and prosperous community.

In Liberia, many children face significant barriers to accessing quality education due to poverty, limited resources, and the aftermath of a prolonged civil war. However, we firmly believe that education is a fundamental right that should be accessible to all. That's why our program focuses on reaching the most marginalized children and giving them the tools they need to build a brighter future.

Education

We have a plan. Now we need help putting it into action.
